Synopsis:
|
|
This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation from the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Interior Demolition and Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) Removal Services for Prairie Place, an 11-storey, 153 unit apartment style hi-rise building located at 2242 McIntyre Street, Regina SK.
Proponents are to submit their submissions electronically via email to Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. Paper copies will not be accepted.
A site visit is scheduled for November 12th, 2025 @ 1:30 p.m. Attendance at the site visit is mandatory for the submission of a proposal. Interested parties are to meet at 2242 McIntyre Street in Regina.
Proposals and questions regarding the RFP must be delivered as described in the attached document noting all deadlines for submissions of proposals and questions.
