Description: The City of Geneva, New York is soliciting proposals for program delivery services for a recently awarded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program grant of $638,444. The program is estimated to rehabilitate seven (7) owner- occupied substandard homes on a City-wide basis. M/WBE and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to respond.
The City is soliciting proposals for program delivery services to assist the City in the implementation of this project in compliance with all applicable requirements under the a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation grant program according the HUD and NYS Office of Community Renewal (OCR) guidelines and requirements. In addition to program delivery services, the City is also requesting proposals to include some project soft costs, specifically lead based paint testing and clearance and BPI certified energy audits (as needed for any property that doesn’t qualify for energy support by Finger Lakes Community Action).
