25-3916 Southernside Bank Stabilization

The City of Greenville (City) is requesting bids from qualified contractors (Contractor) to assist the City in implementing stream bank stabilization activities along a stretch of a tributary of the Reedy River located in the Southernside neighborhood north of Unity Park. The general scope of work includes but may not be limited to:  obtain all applicable City licensing and land disturbance permits; conduct pre-construction meeting; install construction safety fencing; install temporary construction entrance; install sediment and erosion control devices; perform stream bank stabilization with plantings and invasive species removal; and provide temporary and permanent cover to disturbed areas. The scope of services is outlined more clearly in the construction drawings, specifications, special provisions, and schedule of values included herewith and/or herein.
