The City of Melissa, Texas will receive bids for the Melissa City Hall Renovations Phase 2 project in accordance with plans, specifications, and contract documents prepared by RON HOBBS ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR DESIGN, LLP. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Melissa City Hall Renovations Phase 2”. Bids will be received by Administration of the City of Melissa, 3411 Barker Avenue, Second Floor Administration Suite until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after closing time may be returned unopened. Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be secured from the Architect
