SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to contract for a TIRF Microscope to be used by our Biochemistry & Molecular Biology department.

Detailed Specifications
1. Microscopy Systems and Main Components
• Inverted Microscope Main Body
-Designed as an inverted microscope, suitable for examining samples from below (i.e., with the specimen positioned on the stage and the objective lenses positioned above)
• Controller for microscopy system or motorized equipment
• Motorized main branch for microscope systems

• Motorized Stage with XY Motion Capabilities
- Capable of providing motion in the XY plane, with a minimum stroke of 114mm in the X-axis and 75mm in the Y-axis.
-Must provide repeatable positioning accuracy of ±3 microns or better, with high precision in motion control

-Must provide precise XY control for motorized stage movement
