This request for proposal (RFP) solicitation # 12505B25R0006 is for Renovation of LSS Suite and Room 211 in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a small business size standard of under $45 Million. The applicable PSC is Z2AA (Repair or Alteration of Buildings). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

A completed SF1442 is to be include with your proposal. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.

All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 23:00 PM CT on Janurary 03, 2025.
