PolicyT ech SAAS

Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking a vendor to provide PolicyTech SAAS.
The services are to include unlimited access to the software, for every licensed
employee for the specified term of any subscription. It should also provide a
customer-defined subset of users from every department the ability to author,
publish, and distribute policies to the organization's licensed employees.

Also any vendor is to include no less than fifteen (15) Emergency Document Access
(EDA) exports annually. The EDA is to provide unlimited local access to all exported
documents in the event of an internet outage.

Any solution is to provide technical support, upgrades, and access to the PolicyTech
online knowledgebase, downloads, and training materials.

Vendor must be an authorized partner or certified by Navex to provide PolicyTech
SAAS and is to provide documentation in order to evidence this in the form of
certifications. Any vendor who believes it can provide PolicyTech SAAS is to contact
