The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for consulting services to develop a five year consolidated plan for CDBG grants until 2:00 p.m., local time, October 31, 2024. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1

Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The scope of services entails the development of a Consolidated Plan in accordance to Part 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) in Section 91. Further guidance is provided in the introduction to the CONPLAN regulations found in the Federal Register of January 5, 1995, Vol. 60, No. 3. CDBG regulations are located in Part 24 of the CFR, in Section 570.
