This solicitation is for a 3 year contract on the annual application of herbicide along the shoulders of selected Washington County roads. Applicators must use a GPS enabled delivery system to spray the mixture of specified herbicides based on guidelines stated in the Invitation to Bid and County-provided GIS data. The purpose of the contract is to provide a 2-3' vegetation-free zone at the edge of pavement. The Contract includes approximately 800 road shoulder miles to be driven and assessed for herbicide treatment each spring
