Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0925Q70092258 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Personnel Screening Explosive Odor Detection Canines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07 effective August 29, 2024. This solicitation is DHS Domestic Breeding Consortium and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 112990. The anticipated delivery date will be Six (6) canines on or about 14 JULY 2025 and six (6) canines on or

about 10 NOVEMBER 2025. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract.



FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
