The City purchased property in 2008 in the south end of Blue Springs for future park development. The property is vacant and until the City is able to develop the park, the City would like to lease the property for farming purposes which will provide maintenance of the property and prevent or discourage the growth of weeds or other undesirable plants.
This land includes Lots 1 & 8, Chapman Ridge (a 75.24 acre site north of Colburn Road/south of Mason School Road/west of Shrout Road).
