The delivery required is 150 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or around 07/24/2025.

This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.”
