Synopsis:
|
|
2025 Refresh to Pre-qual
Construct, modify and salvage duct bank systems, including vaults in the City of Regina for the Regina Core Revitalization Project (RCRP). The purpose of this RFSQ is to prequalify suppliers who have interest, capability, resources and experience to provide duct bank construction services to SaskPower via the SaskPower Distribution Construction Department. The prequalified suppliers will be engaged in subsequent competitive procurements to provide services on a project by project basis.

Law and Finance approval emails are attached in the ATI approval folder, along with Risk Memo.
This prequalification is required to be in place by fall 2025 so any added vendors can bid on next years RFP posted in October 2025. Additional funds were approved by the board in 2024.
Please note that the full ATI value is for the entire program. Individual Contracts will be awarded under this program.
