Description

Description:This is a request for quote for the purchase of a dehumidifier to be delivered to Hiroshima, Japan, regarding Sources Sought Notice ID# Dehumidifier.



The contractor shall provide two (2) industrial-grade dehumidifiers equivalent in performance and specifications to the Munters DEW -300. These units must be suitable for use in high-humidity environments, outdoor use capabilities and meet the technical standards of desiccant-type dehumidification systems. Each unit should include humidistats and 50ft cables




  • Type: Desiccant dehumidifiers equivalent to Munters DEW-300

  • Delivery Location: Kawakami, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan

  • Delivery Deadline: No later than October 15, 2025

  • Scope of Responsibility: The selected contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of delivery, including:

    • International Air Freight Shipping

    • Customs clearance procedures

    • Domestic transportation within Japan

    • Final delivery to the specified site in Kawakami, Hiroshima

Kawakami Ammunition Depot, U.S. Army

Only vendors who meet all requirements outlined in the attached SF1449 and delivery deadline are invited to submit the required documentation along with a formal quotation.



Submissions must be complete and received by the deadline indicated in the notice.
