This requirement for the Flag Secretary Office and Official Function support services requirements for the Commander Naval Air Force U. S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVAIRPAC/CNAP) is anticipated to be solicited as an WOSB set-aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-30. This advanced notice is provided for planning purposes only in anticipation of a short solicitation period. The Government’s requirement may change at any time. DO NOT submit proposals in response to notice. This notice is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The Navy will not assume liability for costs incurred by a company for preparation or efforts in regard to this notice; therefore, any cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
