The Bay Pines VAMC, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744, requires a 6-month rental of a diesel-powered mobile fire pump, located at Building 103. The temporary diesel-powered mobile fire pump is necessary to ensure adequate fire protection and water supply until permanent solutions are implemented. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM). Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert and DSBS) if applicable, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead if applicable, a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted.
