Description

The capability desired is a miniaturized large-volume infusion system capable of delivering multiple fluids, medications, nutrition, and blood products through 3-4 channels. The form factor of the system could be either integrated or a modular system. Innovative solutions are welcome. Ideally, the system will include the ability to control all channels using a single screen/control interface. However, alternative solutions with low size and weight may fit the need. The system is intended to be used by the military in austere locations, including en route care (ERC). However, the end product will also need to be a commercially viable system with sufficient demand in the civilian sector to sustain its availability. See RFI attachments for full deatails.
