Affordable and Attainable Housing Development at 0 Stepping Stones Road

The Town of Chatham, acting through the Town Manager, invites proposals from qualified parties interested in developing affordable and attainable housing at 0 Stepping Stones Road (Assessor’s ID 12G-0-11), Chatham, MA.

All proposals must comply in all respects with the instructions, conditions, specifications, and other requirements in the RFP. Proposals must be in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the Town of Chatham.

All proposals must be received by the Town Manager’s office, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633 by 2:00 PM on Thursday January 8, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Stepping Stones Road Affordable and Attainable Housing Proposal.”

The Town Manager reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all submissions, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any submission and procurement procedures to the extent allowed by law, and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law, if it is in the best interest of the Town.
