The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and complete the replacement of (2) Trane Air handler and (2) Condensing Units for building 2275. Work includes demolition, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, controls, commissioning, roof repair, and condensate drain for the 163rd Attack Wing, Bldg 2275.
Construction/contract completion time is 90 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238220. The small business size standard is $19,000,000.00.
This action is being procured as a SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
Project Magnitude: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00
