Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Blackfoot City Hall Building located at 157 N. Broadway Street, Blackfoot, Idaho 83221 until April 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The project generally consists of constructing a gravel parking lot and restroom facility and replacing an existing boat ramp at the Snake River near Bridge Street with a new boat ramp and boat dock. Improvements will include stabilized pedestrian pathways, hydroseeding, and plantings.
