Request for Proposal (RFP) Traffic Signal and Electrician Services 2026-2028
TITLE: CONTRACTOR – TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND ELECTRICIAN SERVICES FOR 2026, 2027, & 2028
DEADLINE: 3:30 p.m. on Friday November, 21, 2025
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Traffic signal services may include traffic signal maintenance, emergency repair, nonemergency routine inspections, and new equipment upgrade and installation work. Electrician services may include emergency repair and maintenance on MDOT owned traffic signals.

QUALIFICATION PROVISIONS OR OTHER SPECIAL PROVISIONS:Each firm shall propose at least one Journeyman or Master Electrician meeting MDOT qualifications for traffic signal work. WCRC shall determine for which projects an electrician is required.
