Subject: Request for Proposal (RFP# OR2026R30K002) Intercity Bus Atlas: Expansion and Maintenance



Dear Sir or Madam,



The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive has a requirement for the subject services for its Bureau of Transportations Statistics (BTS). You are invited to submit your offer accordingly.



The DOT anticipates the award of a Hybrid (Time & Materials and Firm-Fixed Price) Contract for the subject requirement.

Technical and Price Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Section M. The period of performance of the proposed Contract will be for one base year and two option years, from the time of award. Contract terms and conditions will be subject to negotiations in accordance with FAR Part 15.



Questions relative to the RFP should be directed to Parwana Haqyar via email by no later than November 10, 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.



Submissions are due no later than November 24, 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time via email to Parwana.haqyar.ctr@dot.gov with a courtesy copy to Jason.bush@dot.gov . Please reference: “RFP: OR2026R30K002 Intercity Bus Atlas Maintenance and Expansion” in the subject line.
