Description of Work/Specifications: Sir Douglas Bader Tower – Fuel Oil Tank Replacement.

Inquires must be received on or before February 3, 2026. A response may be provided by way of addendum by February 6, 2026.

Site Visit: Friday, January 30, 2026 at 11:30 a.m.

All work must be completed and invoices submitted by April 30, 2026.

Project Overview

The Work includes the removal and replacement of the existing fuel oil storage tank and associated piping, venting, controls, and safety components serving the diesel emergency generator at Sir Douglas Bader Tower. This 79-unit apartment building was built in 1980. The intent of the project is to bring the fuel oil storage and delivery system into compliance with current codes and standards, while maintaining reliable emergency generator operation.

The Work shall be completed in accordance with the Design Brief and Issued-For-Tender (IFT) drawings and specifications.
