21-11058.02 - Masons Mill Park Ballfield Renovations

Project Description: The work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials for the improvement of an existing baseball field at Masons Mill Park in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, PA. The current infield will be regraded and replaced with synthetic turf with an underdrain system. The Contractor is responsible for all demolition, turf system installation, erosion control, grading, soil compaction, trash/material removal, and local permitting. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor and work, unless otherwise provided and shall be responsible for the complete supervision, performance and completion of all work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, special provisions and contract. The Contract consists of a Base Bid and one (1) add/alternate item.
