SOLICITATION NOTICE for Satellite TV Account Management for the USCG - District Eight

ATTENTION TO OFFEROR

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Procurement and Contracting Commercial Support Services Branch (LOG-931) invites you to submit a quote to provide Consolidation billing and technical support for Satellite TV Services aboard USCG bases and Coast Guard Cutters (CGC) within the Eighth District. The base period will begin on or about 22 December 2024 through 21 December 2025 with four 12-month option periods, if exercised by the Government ending 21 December 2029. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06 August 29, 2024.

This requirement is issued as a 100% Small Business set aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that applies to this Request for Quote (RFQ) is 517410 (Satellite Telecommunications) and its size standard is $44M.
