The Pueblo County Purchasing will accept competitive sealed bids at, 215 W. 10th Street, Room

14, Pueblo, CO 81003 until 2:00 p.m. MT (our clock) on December 4, 2025 for furnishing the

Department of Public Works and its divisions of the County of Pueblo with the following services::

Pueblo County Tree Trimming and Removal 2025-2028

Bids, subject to the conditions as shown herein, are requested for on-call tree trimming and

removal services based on labor rates differentiated by tree size, location, and emergency

status, with services provided to various Pueblo County-owned properties as indicated in the

Property Locations section of this bid.

appointment. Office hours are 6:30 A.M. – 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to Terry Robinson, Pueblo County

Purchasing at robinsont@pueblocounty.us. Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m.

MT, November 21, 2025. Questions received after this time/date will not be answered.

Bidders may submit their bids electronically to purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Sealed bids may be submitted via

U.S. Mail or Currier to Pueblo County Purchasing at the address listed above. Bidders wishing to hand-deliver their

sealed bid must call the Pueblo County Purchasing at (719) 583-6097 to schedule an appointment prior to delivering

their bid. The subject line of the email must read: “IFB No. 25-38 – Pueblo County Tree Trimming and Removal 2025-

2028”

Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after

the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. For

electronically submitted bids, the date and time listed in the Outlook Inbox for the above-referenced email address

will be the official date and time of when a bid was received.
