Project Title: Upgrade HVAC System Phase II

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to
provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building
operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnishing labor and
materials and perform work for project 658-19-104 Upgrade HVAC System Phase II, project as
required by accompanying drawings and specifications/documents. This project outlines the
HVAC system in Building 143 2nd Floor for the Salem VA Medical Center, 1970 Roanoke Blvd., Salem, Virginia, 24153.

Magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

Construction Size Standard: $19 Million

This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business
(SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about December 2,2025. Any
specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Bids will be due
approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site
visits will be identified in the solicitation.
