refundable fee of $100.00. Payment shall be made to Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc.

A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be
submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Greater Texoma Utility
Authority on Behalf of Lake Kiowa SUD, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may
be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond.
The successful Bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds each in the amount of one-
hundred percent (100%) of the contract price from an approved Surety Company holding a permit
from the State of Texas, to act as Surety.
The Greater Texoma Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any
informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by GTUA for a period not to exceed 60 days from the
date of the bid opening for the purpose of receiving bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications
prior to the contract award.
