The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from qualified vendors that are regular distributors of disposable air filters for the establishment of a term contract for various types and sizes of disposable air filters for all Commonwealth of Virginia DFS Laboratories (Central/Richmond, Eastern/Norfolk, Northern/Manassas and Western/Roanoke). The term of the contract shall be for (1) year, with four (4) one-year renewal options. PLEASE NOTE - Delivery shall be FOB Destination to each location and ALL freight and shipping costs shall be included in the price of the filters. Awards will be made on a lot basis with the lots as follows: Central Lab (Lot 1), Eastern Lab (Lot 2), Northern Lab (Lot 3) and Western Lab (Lot 4).
