The intent and purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit unsealed bids from qualified licensed and insured vendors to provide elevator repairs on two (2) hydraulic Otis elevators located at the DFS Eastern Laboratory (Norfolk, VA). See Attachment A (SOW and Pricing Schedule) for Repair Specifics. Pricing must be submitted electronically AND by submitting Attachment A (showing # of hours and hourly rate on labor). In the event of additional repairs are needed, this will be the labor rate at which any additional unforeseen would be paid at. **LIFT GATE REQUIRED** A MANDATORY site visit will take place on Tuesday - October 22, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET.
