Project Description: A Home Rule Charter Government Study Commission (Commission) of seven (7) members for the City of Bradford was elected on November 4, 2025 in the general election. The voters approved the question to study the existing form of government of the City of Bradford, and to consider the advisability of the adoption of a Home Rule Charter, and if advisable, to draft and to recommend a Home Rule Charter for adoption by the voters. The Commission has made the decision to draft a proposed Home Rule Charter.
