Description

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to ECG, Inc., located at 505 N Toombs St., Valdosta, GA 31601, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.



The EOUSA anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to ECG, Inc. for Alpaca ManageEZ Migration Bundle and Advanced Provisioning Software tools for the development and management of the Cisco BroadWorks platform. The contractor shall provide:




  • Software maintenance and support to ECG software on all EOUSA Lab and Production systems.

  • Software patches, updates, upgrades, and workarounds to:

    • Correct discovered problems.

    • Keep a software product usable in a changed or changing environment.

    • Improve performance or maintainability.

    • Correct latent faults in the software product before they become effective faults.



  • Software patching and remediation of critical and high-level security vulnerabilities and compliance in support of DOJ’s security patching cycle.

  • Access to ECG technical support phone line for assistance with software configuration, usage, outages, and performance related questions/issues.

  • Access to ECG trouble ticketing system to create, modify, update, and close support tickets.



The period of performance is anticipated to be for one (1) year beginning September 30, 2025 through September 29, 2026.



This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Maynard Minor, Contracting Officer at Maynard.Minor@usdoj.gov A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
