Commercial Janitorial Services

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for Commercial Janitorial Services . Responses are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Thursday, November 13, 2025 . Late responses will not be accepted.

Project work includes complete Commercial Janitorial Services for DeKalb County Facilities, which are listed within this contract. It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to verify all cleanable square footage per facility. Days and hours for cleaning of each building may be modified at the County’s discretion throughout the life of this contract. The County reserves the right to add or delete facilities as deemed necessary during the term of the contract.

The successful respondent shall provide for the development, management, monitoring, and provision of high quality commercial janitorial/cleaning/custodial services and Day Porters at various County facilities. The work will be performed at the facilities listed except any added/deleted during the life of this contract. The successful respondent shall furnish all janitorial services, including but not limited to: labor, materials, cleaning supplies, restroom supplies (including soap, toilet seat covers, toilet tissue, paper towels, and any other supplies as deemed necessary for the completion of the duties outlined in this solicitation) and equipment necessary to provide the highest quality of commercial janitorial services at these facilities.
