The Upper-Southwest Arkansas RSWMD is requesting separate and sealed bids with intentions of purchasing a tire shredder. Machine specifications require three phase electric power requirements with a maximum of 100 hp electric motor, with the ability to shred tires up to 72 inches in diameter with a compressed thickness of at least 5 inches, must be able to process up to 16 tons to 20 tons of tires per hour with a 3.8 inch shred – Bids must be received either by mail, currier or email at the following: P.O. Box 909 Nashville, AR 71852, kcouchuppersw@gmail.com ., or 319 Landfill RD, Nashville, AR 71852. Bids received after 2:00 P.M. on August 31, 2026 will not be considered.
