BID SUBMITTAL: General Contractors must submit their sealed bids prior to 9:00 A.M. CST 10:00 A.M. ET, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, to the Logan County Judge Executive’s Office located at 200 W. 4th Street, Russellville, KY 42276 or PO Box 365, Russellville, KY 42276. Bids will be opened publicly during the Fiscal Court meeting that begins at 9:00 A.M. at the Logan County Historic Courthouse.
Each proposal shall be submitted on the bid form found in the project manual that can be obtained at the Logan County Judge-Executive’s Office and shall be completely filled out and submitted prior to the bid opening. Bids must be sealed and labeled on the outermost packaging “Logan County Detention Center: Bid Documents”

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE FOR BIDDERS:
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026 @ 9:00 A.M. CST 10:00 A.M. ET at the Logan County Detention Center located at 304 W. 3rd St., Russellville, KY 42276, the meeting will be held in the Detention Center Classroom. Prospective bidders shall provide a Performance, Payment, and 5% Bid Bond.
RIGHT TO REJECT AND WAIVER:
The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Logan County Detention Center can be served.
MODIFICATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF BID:
A bid may not be modified, withdrawn or cancelled by the bidder for a period of thirty (30) days following the time and date designated for receipt of bids and bidder so agrees to submitting his/her bid.
