Mitigation of Water Infiltration Design RFP

This project, funded in part by a New York Parks and Recreation grant, will investigate the current exterior conditions of the Museum and of Fountain Elms, design a plan of repair appropriate to the historic structures, create a scope of work, select materials, gain approval from the NY State Historic Preservation Office, and assemble a bid package for the repairs. The work will focus mainly on sections of the Museum roof, a granite apron around the ground level of the Museum foundation, and leakage into the Fountain Elms hallway ceiling most likely originating from the Fountain Elms terrace.
