Project Description: Norwich Public Utilities seeks to receive Bids for lawn restoration and general landscaping services in connection with gas/water/sewer/electric construction operations. A majority of work under this bid is the restoration of residential/commercial lawn surfaces following excavation for utility projects. Other work includes the planting of trees and shrubs, installation of erosion and sedimentation control devices, mulch, stone, edging, etc., and other general landscaping tasks.
