The Little Rock Port Authority is requesting bids for the following items:
Eight 40’ x 10’ x 5’ Sectional Barges plus any required attachment devices or materials. Description of, and cost for, anti-corrosive measures should be included.
Barges should be capable of being tied together to make a floating dock or for use as a deck barge to accommodate a materials handler.
Specifications –
1 barge weight approx. 24k pounds
Allowable unit loading of 990 lb PSF
Single point load capacity of 4930 lbs PSF
Dual rated A36 steel
Include cost for any required assembly plus freight.
Three Remote Barge Lid Lifters
Lifters should be capable of remote operation by materials handler or crane. The lifter should have attachment(s) that allows for use by clam bucket or by crane drop.
Include cost for any required assembly plus freight.
