Mandatory Pre-bid  Meeting:

A mandatory/ pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. and Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 11 a.m., at 16040 E 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94578. Hayward, California. All participants are required to sign in at one of the pre-bid conferences. The site visit is expected to take approximately 1 hours.

Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible.
