Description
The City of Flowery Branch (COFB) is seeking an employee benefits consulting & brokerage company to perform the full range of services related to the design, marketing, maintenance and improvement of COFB's employee benefits program for all employees. The current benefit coverages include life insurance, AD&D, medical, pharmacy plan, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE.
Proposals will be evaluated based on experience working with public entities, administering health plans, and other information provided. After reviewing the proposals, a list of questions will be prepared, and interviews will be conducted to finalize the selection.
The City will accept the proposal, which in its opinion is most advantageous to the COFB.
COFB has a Fully Insured Health plan with BCBS-Georgia.
