Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a contract for on-site vehicle and equipment washing services. The primary department that will utilize this contract will be the Solid Waste Division. Pricing will be established for a fixed wash schedule (determined solely by the City) and also for "as-needed" services. Service location will be at 55 South Priest Drive, Tempe, AZ 85281.
