The Project stabilizes an essential utility access road with new soldier pile and lag walls at three locations. The scope of work includes new cast-in-drilled-hole concrete pilings with steel piles, wood lagging, and minor drainage. Because this project is located against a creek, creek bank restoration and appropriate environmental stewardship shall be implemented as outline in the contract documents and regulatory permits.
