THIS SOLICITATION IS TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE, 5 YEAR INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT:
