Project Description: The City of Bethlehem will receive sealed Bids online via the PennBid Program
(https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) for 2026 22R, Removal, Transportation and Disposal of Drinking Water Treatment Plant Residuals until 10:00am, May 20th, 2026 at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website.
Plans and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Water Treatment Plant, 355 Granger Road, Northampton PA 18067
to answer any questions. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
