Project Description: Bath Borough Stormwater Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Spyglass Hill Road Stormwater Basins 1 & 2 Retrofit and Broad Street Rain Garden, Contract No. 26-01. All Bid Documents and solicitation details are available online at PennBid https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received until 12:00 Noon Friday, May 22, 2026, local time.
The Work will include but is not limited to, the following:
Retrofitting two existing detention basins (basin 1 & 2) in the Holiday Hills Subdivision along Spyglass Hill Road into modern infiltration basins, modification to outlet structure and replacement of perimeter fencing and gates.
Construction of a rain garden within a stormwater easement on the Northampton Area School District property located at the south end of Broad Street
Bidders must submit a bid security in the amount of at least ten (10%) percent of the Bidder’s maximum Bid price in the form of a certified check. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the Bath Borough Municipal Building, located at 121 South Walnut Street, Bath, PA 18014. The professional consultant responsible for the project is Colliers Engineering & Design.
