The City of Richmond, Virginia (the "City"), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities ("DPU"), seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the Trash Rake Improvements project (the "Project"). Background
Some of the City's trash rakes are inefficient and need to be better fitted against the walls they use to buttress and retain the extrication. The Work is intended to provide g reater efficiency by enabling the City to clear the extrication with fewer cycles.
