THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO HEIDRICK & STRUGGLES INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR PRIVATE SECTOR LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES.



The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) 3-month contract to Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc., 2001 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Suite #800, Washington, DC 20006, for Private Sector Leadership Engagement Support Services. These services support the DoD by leveraging private sector expertise to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of key programs and services by identifying industry leaders with unique skillsets for assessing opportunities for cost savings and reinvestment and providing recommendations for improved management practices. The supported task areas include: Industry Leader Identification, Recruitment & Vetting Support Services.





The Period of Performance will be from April 4, 2025 through July 3, 2025 with no option periods.





This procurement will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561312 – Executive Search Services, with a Small Business Size standard of $34 Million. The estimated amount for this procurement ranges from $100K to $248K.
