The Medical Readiness Contracting Office, West, Fort Cavazos, Texas intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Melling LLC dba Melling Medical, to provide Lumenis BE UltraPulse Alpha SplendorX Stellar Servicese. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Melling Medical, to provide Lumenis BE UltraPulse Alpha SplendorX Stellar Services. The vendor Melling Medical provided an authorization letter indicating that certify that Lumenis Be, Inc. hereby names Melling LLC dba Melling Medical as an Authorized Distributor of all Lumenis Lasers, associated laser accessories and Lumenis Maintenance Services. Melling LLC dba Melling Medical is a fully authorized distributor/dealer for all Lumenis Be, Inc.
