Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to collaborate with the City’s nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) partner, Business Impact Northwest, in the management of a local Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). In addition to promoting the RLF and helping to identify eligible small business loan recipients, the selected CBO must be committed to going through the official CDFI certification process and eventually taking over sole management of the RLF.
