Park Landscape Architectural & Design Services RFP

Project Description: American Fork City Parks Division is seeking qualified landscape architecture and design firms to provide comprehensive park design services for one new community park located in American Fork (the “Project”).
The City is committed to developing high-quality, high-use parks that serve a rapidly growing population while reflecting the character, values, and long-term vision of American Fork. The park property is located at approximately 750 W 620 S, American Fork, UT on parcels 45:221:0015 & 13:043:0015.
Proposals for this Project will be received electronically through the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P)/Bonfire website until May 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. At that time the bids received will be privately opened and read. Notice of Intent to Award is expected to be issued by May 28, 2026, with City Council Acceptance of Award on June 9, 2026. Notice to Proceed is expected to be issued by June 11, 2026.
